A couple of different events this weekend – The annual Dougie Mac 10K which this year took place in the beautiful setting of Trentham gardens. Runners embarked in a new 10K route in the glorious sunshine raising money for such a worthy cause. We were also up in Glasgow for round 2 of the ATHX Games. If you haven’t heard of this event, please go and check it out! 600 plus athletes all looking to smash their fitness goals in a the most amazing environment, pushing the physical boundaries to the max!
